Navland Geomatics Inc. is a surveyor's corporation founded in September of 1984 as Harland and Higgins (incorporated as Navland January 1, 2006) to engage in the practice of land surveying to provide services to public agencies; private developers; construction, engineering and architectural firms; lawyers; realtors and private individuals.
